Home/Trust/Privacy request

Privacy request & grievance.

Exercise your data-protection rights or raise a grievance with our Privacy & Grievance Team. We acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 30 days.

01Before you start02Your request03What happens next

01 · Before you start

  • Website visitors, enquirers and applicants — use this form for any personal data SecurityVault holds about you. We are the Data Fiduciary for it.
  • Users of the SecurityVault application — your account is provided and managed by your organisation, which decides what is kept. Ask your organisation's administrator to change or delete your account. You can remove your name yourself under Profile → Privacy & data. If you send us a request about application data, we forward it to your organisation and tell you we have done so.
  • Grievances about how we handled your data are always welcome here, whoever you are.

We confirm the request comes from you by replying to the email address you give, and ask for more only when strictly needed. Requests are free. Prefer email? Write to privacy@securityvault.io or, for grievances, grievance@securityvault.io.

02 · Your request

Tell us what you would like us to do. Please do not include passwords, ID document numbers or other sensitive information.
Nominee

The person who may exercise your rights if you die or become unable to. We will confirm the nomination with you by email.

Before you send

What we collect: your name, email, the request type, your relationship to us, your organisation (optional), the details you write and, for a nomination, the nominee's name, contact and relationship.

Why: to verify who you are, act on your request or grievance, forward it to the organisation that controls the data where that is not us, and keep a record of how we handled it. Kept for: as long as needed to show how we handled your request, and at least one year.

You can withdraw consent, or ask to access, correct or erase your data, at any time through the privacy request form or privacy@securityvault.io; grievances go to grievance@securityvault.io, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Full details: privacy notice (v4.7). This notice is in English; other languages in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India are available on request.

Who is making this request? (required)

We acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 30 days.

Send your request by email instead

03 · What happens next

  • Within 72 hours — we acknowledge your request by email.
  • Within 30 days — we act on it, or explain why we cannot (for example, where the law requires us to keep the data), and how to take it further.
  • Not satisfied? Reply to our decision to have someone not involved in it review it. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. See privacy notice, section 12 and Your privacy choices (v1.2, updated 5 October 2026).
